New Large Window

New Rainbow Window

Janett contacted us with her idea of a rainbow design window for her front door, we helped design and create a beautiful rainbow style window and we are both so pleased with the outcome. We are so glad we was able to turn your imagination into reality.

DOOR WINDOW REPAIR AND RELEAD

Winsome reached out to us via Facebook regarding her window being extremely weakened and a few cracks in the glass, we came to the rescue and managed to take out the window in one piece, boarded the door up, stripped the window down and cleaned all the glass; we then replaced the cracked pieces and leaded the window back up, then refitted the window later on that week also adding a metal bar for support. We are glad you are pleased

ROUND FLOWER WINDOW

A previous customer has reached out asking us to produce a bright flower round window for their home in London, we came up with a design, cut the glass to size and then produced the window by leading it up. We think this is a stunning piece which has stole our heart

REPAIRING CRACKED JOINTS

Gary had contacted us about the window in his front door being damaged. It had cracked joints from the door slamming over the years and the window was in poor shape struggling staying together. We arrived at Gary’s house and decided to take the door of instead of the window because of how fragile it was. We then laid the door onto our workbench on site and began soldering the cracked joints. We polished the new joints to give the same effect so no repair was even noticeable. We attached copper wire to 2 joints where it could be attached onto a bar for security and to avoid future bowing. Thanks again Gary.

RELEADING OF BOWING DOOR WINDOW

Lailah & Saqib had a front window in there door that had bowed badly which was venerable to further damage. The Monday we went to the job we removed the window and put a temporary board in the door for the time being. We first started by making a template of the window to be able to remake it later. We then went on to strip down the window and remove all the glass, we then went on to clean each piece of glass to remove any contaminates or dirt. We then went to work on remaking the window and started leading the window from the side. Once we had finished leading we soldered all the joints together before putting putty around the glass to hold the glass firm. We then used our powder to dry the putty before cleaning the window off.
We was able to fit the window the following Monday with metal bars. It was a pleasure, Lailah & Saqib.

4 Antique Windows

Having an extension built on their house, customer needed releading of windows and the opaque glass replacing with clear glass to be able to see through, keeping the centre roundels and blue border replaced with clear blue glass. The first part of this job was to remove the windows to take them back to the studio. A drawing of the windows was made so they can be remade, we stripped them down and cleaned all the glass. We then started creating the window and used clear glass. Once it had been leaded we soldered all the joints together and used putty to give the glass a tight fit and for it to be waterproof . We then went back to the house and refitted the finished windows and was pleased we made the customer happy.
